To elevate royal icing cookie decorating, I researched trending products and discovered that edible paints were on the rise in the cookie decorating world. Leveraging our team’s expertise, we developed an innovative “just add water” edible paint powder. After extensive testing, we realized the product’s versatility: it can be mixed with water or extracts for painting on royal icing, fondant, and more, or used dry with edible paint brushes like powdered makeup for unique effects.

We decided to launch the colors in sets of two, pairing a solid color with a shimmer of the same hue. Within just one month, the Sugarbelle Edible Paint Powder became a top seller, winning over customers with its ease of use and creative possibilities.
